Emirgan Koru Mansion

The reinforcement project prepared for this mansion in Emirgan aims to improve the structural performance of the existing load-bearing system while preserving the building's architectural character. The existing structure was analysed in detail and reinforcement decisions suited to use scenarios were developed to keep the building safe and durable over the long term.

Architectural and structural disciplines were evaluated together throughout the process; reinforcement solutions followed a principle of minimal intervention in the existing fabric. The project offers an integrated approach that protects the mansion's original architectural identity while meeting current safety and performance criteria.
