Eyüp Çarşı Residential Project

Located in Eyüp Çarşı within the historic setting of Eyüp Sultan Mosque, this project combines commercial use on the ground floor with residential floors above. The facade aims for a balanced relationship between the surrounding urban fabric and contemporary architecture. Brick surfaces reference the area's historic character, tempered with broken-white mineral render.

Large glazed areas increase daylight and transparency, while material contrast gives the building a simple, timeless identity in harmony with its context. Architectural design, facade design and photorealistic 3D visualisation are being developed together.
