Kemerburgaz

In this residential project in Kemerburgaz, a slender, elongated facade composition was reinterpreted with a contemporary architectural language. Brick texture combined with Kale Sinterflex panels forms modern projections that evoke traditional bay windows and give the building a strong rhythm.

Aligned with the area's evolving architectural identity, the design offers a timeless character through natural material expression, restrained details and a balanced facade composition. Facade system details, construction drawings and photorealistic 3D visualisation were prepared so that design and site delivery could be addressed as one whole.
